Material, Labor Charges and Prepaid Ground Freight to get your equipment to us are included. Ground shipping charges to get your equipment back to you will be added at checkout. Rebuild parts are additional and will be charged to your credit card once work is completed.

- Add the desired service level to your shopping cart as you would with any of our diving products. If you are not sure which service you need please do not hesitate to contact us. Our experts will gladly answer your scuba equipment servicing questions.
- Check-out through our safe, secure system. Be sure to include your complete, correct address along with a valid email address and contact information so we can reach you.
- After you've completed checkout we will send you an email confirmation of your service order. We will also email you a link to a UPS prepaid return label to send your equipment back to us. It's already filled out and already paid for. Just box your equipment up, put the label on the outside and give the package to a UPS Driver or take it to UPS Counter/Mailboxes Etc.
- Need some new scuba or snorkeling equipment for your upcoming dive trip; a new wetsuit, mask, spare fin straps just to mention a few common items. Go ahead and add them to your shopping cart too! We'll ship them along with your completed service and you'll save even more money on shipping.
Quick Tips:
- Package your scuba equipment securely. Please remove dive accessories such as Octo Holders, Retractors, Small Lights, Slates, Clips etc. to prevent loss.
- Standard scuba regulator, BC and/or instrumentation service takes 7 business days in house. This does not include shipping transit times. Please plan accordingly. Rush service may be available for an additional charge.
- If you are sending your scuba regulator back in its gear bag please be sure to remove all other personal items.
- Equipment is inspected prior to servicing. If there are externally visibly issues such as parts availability or extensive work/parts required. We will contact you prior to beginning service.
- To keep servicing costs low, parts (unless otherwise required by the manufacturer) are replaced on an as needed basis. Our high service volume allows us to provide your rebuild parts at highly competitive rates.
