Shipping Rates - How much is shipping?
Shipping charges are calculated automatically after you enter your shipping address and proceed through checkout. You will have the opportunity to preview your order (including total shipping costs) before confirming your purchase, prior to entering any credit card information.

Due to the wide variety of items we offer, our shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your order and the destination distance (zone) from our location. In order to provide fair and affordable rates to our customers we do not use flat rate or percentage based shipping.

Shipping Methods - How do we ship?
We offer four standard shipping options: UPS Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air. The shipping charge for each method will be displayed after you enter your shipping address, prior to entering any credit card information, before confirming your purchase.

We no longer ship via US Mail (United States Postal Service) due to ongoing issues including package damage, loss, delay, product restriction, lack of service and excessive cost. As a result we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APOs, FPOs, etc. International orders are shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service) Worldwide Services. We apologize if this causes any inconvenience.

Shipping Times - When will your order ship?
In-stock orders that do not require extensive preparation or assembly normally ship next business day. In-stock rush orders (3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air) received before 11AM EST ship same day. Rush orders received after 11AM EST ship next business day.

To avoid delays please be sure to provide us with your COMPLETE* billing/shipping address, a valid email address and a daytime phone number where we can reach you should we have a question regarding your order.

We respect the privacy of our customers. Your information will only be used for the order(s) you place with us. We do not send unsolicited emails (SPAM) and we do not sell your information to other companies. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.

*Be sure to include your apartment, floor and/or suite number along with the your full street address. Include the street suffix (St., Ave., etc.) if your address has one. If you have requested shipping to a business, please include the name of the business in the company name field. If we are not shipping to a business kindly leave the company name field blank.

Transit Times - When will your order arrive?

UPS Ground: Your order will be delivered within 2 to 8 business days* depending on your location from 33351. Examples: Georgia is generally 3 business days*, California is generally 5 business days*, New York is generally 4 business days* and Washington is generally 7 business days*.

UPS 3-Day Select: Your order will be delivered within 3 business days*. Example: An order that ships on Monday will be scheduled for delivery on Thursday.

UPS 2nd Day Air: Your order will be delivered within 2 business days*. Example: An order that ships on Monday will be scheduled for delivery on Wednesday.

UPS Next Day Air: Your order will be delivered on the next business day*. Example: An order that ships on Monday will be scheduled for delivery on Tuesday.

*Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays do not count as business days. Delivery schedules are for destinations within the 48 contiguous states.

We strongly recommend placing your order early to allow time for delivery. However, if you have left it to the last minute please do not hesitate to contact customer service for shipping availability. We make every effort to accommodate our customers.

Shipping Notification - How do you know you order has shipped?
If you have provided us with a valid email address we will send a shipment notification by email once your order is on its way. The email will be sent from QuantumViewNotify@ups.com with the subject UPS Ship Notification. It will include the tracking number, scheduled delivery date and a link to track your package.

Please note: Many spam filters and user/server specified preferences will prohibit the delivery of UPS Ship Notifications and/or our order confirmation/status emails. You may wish to add QuantumViewNotify@ups.com and Support@123Scuba.com to your trusted list/address book to better ensure you will receive ship notification or order status emails.
