Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied, return the unused, undamaged item, along with its original product packaging, warranty cards and product tags (if applicable) within 30 days from date of purchase for a full refund or credit less shipping, handling and insurance charges.
Easy Exchanges
Should you receive an item that does not fit to your liking we will promptly exchange it for another size, model or style. We have many different brands and models to choose from. We will also gladly special order an alternate product for you should your needs require.
Return the unused, undamaged item, along with its original product packaging, warranty cards and product tags (if applicable) within 30 days from date of purchase. We will pay normal transportation charges to send the replacement back to you. (Rush/Priority handling and Express/Air shipping are subject to additional fees.)
How to Return/Exchange a product

- Securely (and appropriately) package the item(s) you are sending back.
- Include a copy of your invoice inside the package. Mark the item(s) you are returning.
- Clearly mark the RA# on outside of the package and send it (prepaid and insured) to:

To better address your product issue and/or process your return, a Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required. Contact customer service Toll Free: 800.766.6090 or by email to support@123scuba.com for a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a valid RA# on the outside of the box. Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused, and the carrier may charge you freight in both directions.
All returns and exchanges must include the original product packaging, warranty cards and product tags (if applicable). Used, abused or otherwise damaged equipment is not eligible for return and may void the manufacturer's warranty. Items returned that are not in mint, as new condition are subject to a restocking and handling fee. Custom and special order items may not be eligible for return/refunds.
Special Notes About Apparel, Wetsuits and Wetsuit Accessories
Be sure to try on your new product(s) in a clean, dry place, free from pet hair and dirt. Save the box, bags and do not remove the tags just in case you need to return or exchange the product. You will also be more comfortable if you try your suit/garment/accessory on in a cool location such as an air conditioned room.
Wetsuits and neoprene accessories must be folded as they were shipped to avoid permanent creasing. Do not crumple, over-fold, or stuff them into an inappropriately sized box. We do not accept returns/exchanges of wetsuits, garments or any other product damaged from improper packaging.
