We do ship worldwide. If you are interested in placing an international order with us please review our polices below. Please note: Our International Ordering Policies only apply to orders shipped outside the USA. If you are placing an order with a delivery destination inside the United States please see our standard ordering information pages. Alaska and Hawaii fall under our standard shipping policies. Of course, do not hesitate to contact our customer service department with any questions you may have.
There is a $150 minimum (before shipping costs) on any international order. This only applies to orders shipped outside the USA. If you are placing an order with a delivery destination within the United States no minimums apply.
We no longer ship via US Mail (United States Postal Service) due to ongoing issues including package damage, loss, delay, product restriction, lack of service and excessive cost. As a result we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APOs, FPOs, etc. International orders are shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service) Worldwide Services. We apologize if this causes any inconvenience.
We do not accept credit cards on orders outside the USA, no exceptions. Additionally, we do not accept credit cards issued outside the USA, even if the shipping address is within the United States, no exceptions. You would need to pay by sending a money order, wiring cash through Western Union or by a wire transfer. Please also note: import duties and/or taxes (if applicable) are your responsibility. Check with your local customs office for more information.
Forms of payment accepted:
- Money Order / Bank Draft in U.S. Dollars (Must be drawn on a U.S. Bank)
- Wire Transfer
- Cash Wire via Western Union
Terms:
- International orders are to be prepaid by one of the accepted methods. We will ship your order after payment is received and funds are verified.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns and exchanges for orders outside the USA are subject to additional freight costs.
- Import duties and taxes (if any) are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Check with your local customs office for more information.
How to place an international order:
- Contact us by phone, fax or email (email usually works best in light of time differences) with your complete address, and the item(s) you would like to order. Be sure to include which of our accepted payment methods you will be using; Money Order / Bank Draft, Wire Transfer or Cash Wire via Western Union.
- We will respond back to you with a confirmed total including shipping charges and our payment information.
- Let us know once your payment is on its way so we can get your order ready to ship and watch for your payment.
