123Scuba.com features secure on-line ordering 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our various products are featured by categories such as Masks, Regulators, Package Deals and so on. You can also find products using the Search feature or by viewing our Product List.
When you wish to make a purchase, select either "Add 1 To Basket" and continue shopping or "Buy 1 Now " and go right to checkout. Our secure shopping cart will prompt you for, billing, shipping and credit card information. We accept Mastercard, VISA, American Express and Discover. Be sure to include your complete address with a daytime phone number in case we need to speak with you. Payment Options
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Money Order/Cashier's Check, PayPal and your Personal Check.
A $25.00 service fee will be assessed on all returned checks. Additionally, personal checks must clear prior to shipping. Please allow 7 -10 business days.
International customers please note: Orders outside the USA must by prepaid in US funds via International Money Order or Bank Transfer. We do not accept Credit Cards or PayPal for orders with delivery destinations outside the USA. For shipping quotes, submit your purchase order with the complete shipping address via Fax or Email. Orders will be shipped via UPS or Fed-Ex depending on final destination. International recipients are solely responsible for all import duties and/or taxes. Please contact your local customs office prior to your order for additional information.

Shipping Information
Orders within the 48 Continental United States ship via UPS (United Parcel Service). UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select are available for an additional charge. UPS Air Services are also available for Alaska and Hawaii. Orders outside the Continental United States ship via Federal Express or UPS depending on final delivery destination. If you require special handling or shipment by US Mail contact us for rates and availability.

Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied, return the unused item within 30 days from date of purchase for a full refund, credit or exchange, less shipping, handling and insurance charges. Items must be in new (unused/undamaged condition) with all original packaging intact. Used, abused, or otherwise damaged items are ineligible for refund and may void the original equipment manufacturer's warranty. All product returns/exchanges require a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please contact our Customer Service Department for more information.
Easy Exchanges: Should you receive an item that does not fit to your liking we will promptly exchange it for another size, model or style. Return the unused/undamaged item to us (call for a Return Authorization Number) and we will pay normal transportation charges to send the replacement back to you. (Rush/Priority handling and Express/Air shipping are subject to additional fees.)
To return an item to us, contact Customer Service for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Repackage it securely in an outer carton with the RA# clearly visible on the outside of the box and send it (prepaid and insured) to:

Be sure to include inside the package a copy of your invoice. Used, rented, abused, mis-used or otherwise damaged equipment is not eligible for return and may void the manufacturer's warranty. No packages will be accepted without an RA# on the outside of the box. Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions.
All merchandise must be in mint condition and in the original manufacturer's packaging. All manufacturer documentation and blank warranty cards must be included to receive a refund. Items returned that are not in re-saleable condition are subject to a re-stocking and handling fee.

Order Status and Cancellations:
For inquiries about products or shipments please have you name, order number, shipping information and approximate date of order available. To better service our customers, most orders ship within 72 hours. Products that do not required extensive set up or bench testing often ship the next business day. You may cancel your order prior to shipment and receive a full refund. If the merchandise has already been shipped it will be your responsibility to pay the complete shipping, handling and insurance charges. Special order merchandise is non-cancelable and may be non-refundable.
Damaged in Delivery and Defective Merchandise: Although we make every effort to prevent shipping damage, for your protection, please do not sign for visibly damaged or open packaging. In the event merchandise is received damaged or merchandise is missing, please keep the original shipping carton, contact the local office of your carrier and then contact our Customer Service Department via phone, fax or email within 24 hours.
All of our products are inspected and/or bench tested (when applicable) prior to shipping. We are authorized dealers for all the brands we carry and extend the complete manufacturer's warranty. Warranty Information
In the "Discount" world of scuba and snorkeling gear, low price all too often means "No Service". Many brand names specifically void a product's warranty because it was purchased via the Internet or through "Mail Order" means. Many "ghost" web stores list popular brand name products only to obtain the product (or an aftermarket knock-off of the product) through black or gray market means after an order is placed.
As Authorized Dealers for every brand we carry, our products are purchased direct from the manufacturers and include their full warranty. Warranty service can be obtained from your local authorized dealer, direct from the manufacturer or through us. Our factory trained technicians professionally assemble and bench test your equipment system. When your complete system arrives at your door it is "READY 2 DIVE".
For more information about warranty service for a product purchased from us, contact our Customer Service Department. Please have all your warranty paperwork and purchase receipts in order. Authorized warranty service requires a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Be sure to include inside the package a copy of your sales slip and validated warranty documentation (if applicable). Service and shipping fees may apply. Rented, abused, mis-used or otherwise damaged equipment is not eligible for return and may void original the manufacturer's warranty. No packages will be accepted without an R.A. number on the outside of the box.

Purchase Agreement and General Site Information
Purchase Agreement and Terms: Purchaser, by placing an order, makes an offer to purchase pursuant to these terms and conditions, which offer, if accepted by Island Scuba Corporation, is accepted within the State of Florida, and purchaser consents to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Florida for the limited purpose of dispute arising between the parties resulting from this transaction and agrees that the laws of the State of Florida shall apply.
By opening or using a product purchased from us, the purchaser agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of sale as set forth below. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of sale, please ship the product back to us unopened within 5 days of receipt via UPS Ground Service shipping for a full refund.
Island Scuba Corporation makes no warranty, either expressed or implied, of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose, and none shall be implied by law. Final determination of suitability of any item sold for the use contemplated by purchaser is the sole responsibility of the purchaser, and seller shall have no responsibility in connection with such determination.
Island Scuba Corporation will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from the sale, non-delivery, use or improper function of any equipment purchased from us. The responsibility, if any is imposed, of Island Scuba Corporation in regard to any item purchased shall be limited to the monetary value of the merchandise purchased.
Misprints: This web site is intended to be a guide only. Some items illustrated are for display purposes only, and are not necessarily included in the purchase price. Specifications may change without notice. All items offered for sale are subject to availability. Many items available from this web site come from various sources. Island Scuba Corporation is, therefore, bound to fluctuating currency exchange rates, making it necessary to occasionally increase prices. In addition some domestic and overseas products may be discontinued without our prior knowledge. Should this apply to your order, we will notify you immediately.
